Pavel Zacha Rumours Heating Up | Hampus Lindholm on IR
Could the Boston Bruins be looking to trade Pavel Zacha? Could another Bruin also be on the move? Hampus Lindholm is on the IR again, and I do a full roster breakdown after 10 games played by the Boston Bruins.

What do you think the trade value is for Zacha?
Welcome back !
This team is SLOW. Sometimes they look like they don’t have actual skates on.
I would trade Zacha sure for a decent package. The Bruins aren't going anywhere the desert like mirage has faded.
Lindholm keep him out until he is 100%. No point in aggravating an injury.
Keep stockpiling the cupboard, the holy grail is a long way off in the future.
Zacha for DeBrusk? 😂
Love your stuff but what are you saying about Lohrei and McAvoy they are not going to put those two together ever again… and you think Elias Lindholm is playing good in his zone, I don't think anybody is playing good in their zone. Zadorov is good. Agree though, Hampus is a potato chip with legs.
Happily drive zacha an mittlstad to new teams .Dean laternau looking better at BC happy about that .yo have awesome week let's go nhl26 draft wooohaa
If he has a good season maybe just maybe they could get a first round pick for him
U know me I trade anyone pasta neely Sweeney the Jacob's family no body untouchable .love pasta but an watching him play goalie for this crap team an sacrifice himself .he deserves to go to another team instead waiste his prime in this circling pit of mid to less than mid talent
This is not a playoff team. We are multiple pieces away from being a good team. Trade everyone you can at the deadline for as much as possible. Embrace the rebuild and stop trying to be a middle of the pack team, which will just make the rebuild take longer. Also Sweens needs to stop giving everyone Nmc and Ntcs in their contract. No more bottom 6 players either, were set there for years.
So, after Bergeron and Krejci leave, the Bs are weak down the middle. They get Zacha to strengthen at center and now they want to trade him …… the only possible way this makes sense is if they acquire a skilled, puck carrying D-man who can significantly help with their transition to offense, which really stinks. Assuming Lindholm gets back into the line-up, the Bs defense would be much changed for the better.
Thank you for noticing how Tanner Jeannot was also at fault on those 2 goals in the Florida game. I'd thought fans were jumping the gun, criticizing him/the signing, but now I think he has been one of the most useless players on the B's, lol. He's probably dragging down the play of Minton (and Eyssimont).
Let’s get Lysell and Blumel up here…they need a real chance and will def be better than Arvidsen, Beecher, Veil, …
I also think Khusnutdinov has an offensive upside — he has speed and skill. I feel like his 2-on-1 breakaway with Pasta was one of the only times in 2 seasons it was executed cleanly by the B's.😆😥 I thought Sturm liked him at first; he'd even been moved up to the 2nd line in his last game (when he did get that assist on the breakaway with Pasta). I know he had the puck stolen from him which led to the opponent's GWG, but this happens to every single player but they're not benched for the next 5 games….
After their promising start, the realities for the Bruins have been brought to the forefront. Their defensive liabilities have contributed to their recent skid and part of this is most likely trying to implement Coach Sturm's defensive structures. This takes time but, you're right, their thinness on defense is there for all to see. Let's be realistic about them this year and accept that they won't make the playoffs. I agree with you that, most likely Arvidsson, Beecher, and possibly Peake will probably be gone before the season ends. I would hope that Lysell gets another look sometime and, possibly, James Hagens gets a brief look before the season ends. With 2 first round picks in the next draft the Bruins should pick a defenseman as well as an impact forward. Let's see what the lottery brings.
* Credit to the following: Kastelic, Geekie, Zacha, Mittlestadt and Swayman.
NO TRADE ZACHA..!!! ..HE BELONGS IN BOSTON…zacha is the 2/3 rd piece of of the "czhech-mate trio" group.
I wouldn't trade Zacha right now good contract plus he is actually good
Is Hampus out for the season? They are a little better to watch this year but I have no expectations for playoffs. I guess I’m ready to start looking at draft prospects. Their values will increase the closer they get to the trade deadline so Sweeney should be teeing up to deal again .
In prior times I would be impartial or even totally in support of this move. But with a forward core this thin you better be getting a good prospect or a comparable long term piece in return. That being said, I think his value (and production) is probably as high as it will ever be.
Oh for cryin' out loud, Lindholm has a hangnail. Put him on IR!
We need help down the middle. If they trade Zacha, we’re moving backwards this year. The plan will be for the future.
If we didn't have Zacha, Pasternack, and Macavoy we would have be the San Jose Sharks in the Atlantic.
What???? Hampus on IR? Ya don’t say.
I think we have to come back in another 10-15 games time and then answer the questions about Zacha, Arvidsson, and Mittelstadt. Do you think all 3 will get traded this season?
I would say any of these scenarios would be a "blow your socks off" kind of deal:
Trade Scenario 1: Bruins receive a conditional 2026 1st round pick, a high-end prospect/young player, and a 3rd or 4th round pick
Trade Scenario 2: Bruins receive a young, cost-controlled NHL regular aged 23-25 (D man with top 4 potential or a middle 6 center who can immediately fit a middle 6 role) and a 2nd round pick
Trade Scenario 3: Bruins receive 1 A-tier prospect, 1 B-tier prospect, and a conditional 3rd or 4th round pick.
I feel like Vancouver, Montréal, or Colorado would be good matches for this kind of deal.
Trade mittlestadt yesterday. Entire 2nd line is 3 wasted roster spots
