  1. Hard fought character win for the Canucks tonight. Both teams tired off back to backs, it was will versus skill and will won.

  2. It's getting old. Oilers short on goal tending and defense…same old, same old…yet another season squandering McD and Dry et al.

  3. The fact that Skinner and Picard are still employed shows that oilers GM does not care and McDavid is so leaving..

Hart was available at this point, Bowman and Cart should get along nicely no ?

  4. Without the advantage players, the Oilers would give one goal per game. well done Canucs, with half the team they beat the "almighty" Oilers!!!!

  5. Just let me know if this is correct: McDavid gets $12.5 million per season over 85 games which is 12,500,000/85=$147,000 per game? is that correct? And in 10 games he has scored 1 goal? I know he has 11 assists–but 1 goal is that correct? He is the greatest hockey player in the world. Is that correct? Do they still use goal-scoring as a measure of performance? is this a drought? You know how all those guys were going down the ice and flipping the puck into the net, and every time McDavid tried that he couldn't do it? What does that mean? Lets just review, …slowly…. $147,000 for approximately 22 minutes of hockey. How are you feeling? Do you need to rest a moment? Lets look at it this way : McDavid receives $6600 for every minute hes on the ice whether he skates or passes or stands. Am I correct? How about this: McDavis receives …wait for it…$147,000 every night he puts his jersey on and sits on the bench whether he leaves the bench or not. Wait—what if he doesn't put his jersey on and is not feeling well and sits at home during a game–does he still get his check for $147,000? Just asking. is he currently in 18th place in the scoring race? Not sure how this works. How is the team doing? Just asking?
