Take Compher and Rasmussen so the kids can be called up and play.
Compher, Rasmussen, those 2 old D guys, we'll even through in a fruit basket. They're all yours.
I'd take compher over kadri. Kadri doesn't play physical anymore and his contract is bigger. Although a better player.
Compher hasn’t been too bad but ras has been don’t see an offer from Vancouver that Stevie would take
From JT Miller to JT Compher. lol Allvin would def have a sense of humor with names. lol Not sure he’s quite that long term 2nd C solution, though.. But it’s better than what we got. I think we need to move on from Chytil. It’s like Ferland all over again.
JT is a solid 3rd 4th liner, hook us up Vancouver
Let's go Red Wings!! Wooo!!
Compher & Kasper for Petey & a 2nd.
As a Wings fan, I can't imagine this brings back much more than 'future considerations'. I jist hope it doesn't cost a 2nd. Dude is way less valuable than Walman.
hecwill get trsdec again at the deadline for a fisrt, then He'll be making 7 mill a year in no time….😂
Compher isn't bad, he's bad for the money he's getting paid rn. In a couple years the value of his contract might be favorable, expensive for not a whole lot right now. Definition of mid, not great, not bad
get another vid ready. Reichel
JT Compher, Rasmussen, Holl and Gustafson for “future considerations” 😄
You mean like Riechel… LOL!
How many more times can you mispronounce Nygård?!?!?! I hate it.
i'd dump compher right now yet wings need d men not kadri who has too much term left so yzerman wont do that deal. throw in 8 and copp in any deal.
Wings fans problem with compher is just that he’s the definition of mid. He’s solid but doesn’t excel at anything. He’s better than your center depth, and he’s serviceable on the 3rd or 4th line. Why we don’t want him in Detroit anymore is because he’s essentially the same player as Copp and we need to make space for Danielson. You can have him for a 4th or later idc I just want the kids to play. Who knows maybe a fresh start on a new team gives him a jump. He was good his first year in Detroit
Wings need to move a center/ winger to bring Danielson in when he’s healed full time. This makes sense to move compher out even for future considerations. The open roster spot is more important than a return in my opinion.
As a Wings fan we'd gladly send Compher to Vancouver for a bag of pucks. Please take him off our hands.
Ras and bergers are the 2 forwards that need to go, bring up Danielson mazur. I had really high hopes for bergers too.
While Compher is a cardio merchant and an average one at that, he is valuable to the Wings because he offers center depth. Right handed face off guy too. I’d move on from Rasmussen or Soderblom before Compher unless there is a good return.
Even if Vancouver got Crosby they wouldn't be a top playoff team
Hamonic, Holl, Compher for future considerations? 😂😂😂
Kadri is not bigger picture, Morgan Frost is bigger picture
Compher is a solid 1st line center.. if comparing to what Vancouver currently has 😂
People underrate Compher as a player. If Compher made 2.5 mil instead of 5.5 no one would complain. He’s overpaid, but a decent bottom 6er
Yes, please take Compher off my Wings. Take Rasmussen while you’re at it. Neither have looked even decent so far this year.
Lego… MBNs name is pronounced NIGH guard.
I could see Yzerman retaining half. At $2.6M, Compher becomes a much more affordable role player. I doubt Stevie is concerned about the return. He wants the roster spot.
Abby comes off the books and we have no retained salaries. It is doable, and it is probably close to the cost of buying out the last two years. I wouldn't be surprised if I see it.
Dont you dare talk bad about Compher. He has been good this year, he is just snake bitten. A move will def make this a top 2 center, please take him lol. To be serious, he has looked better this year, no matter anyone says. He has been working hard and being noticable which is a hell of a improvement.
JT Compher to Vancouver is the answer for Detroit.
