The fact that pasta hasn't been given the C makes me think he may be considering asking for a trade out of town…. cant blame him either
Lol … the goaltending has given them a shot to win and it's all on the defense? Nah. Korpisalo has picked up where he left off the past few years and has been trash generally, and Swayman has given up 13 goals in his past three starts.
The D generally hasn't been good(McAvoy, Lohrei, and Peeke stand out poorly), but neither has either goalie and we're still watching the $8.25 million man failing to step up and once again having his hand held by the backup, splitting games. Will that nonsense continue once the schedule spreads out a bit?
Charlie hasn't lived up to any expectations since day 1 of his career. With his size he should be a bruiser but he's not and I've lost count on how many times he's out of position….plus enough with the penalties as well. My opinion on Swayman (AKA Tuukka 2.0) is we will never win with him. Until they cut ties with with Seabass and Dumbass the Bruins will only be a mediocre team.
Lorie is the worst defensemen in the league
At this point they have only around 1.5 million in cap space. Sturm is hand strung by the roster he was given.
