Was it a clean hit? Yes. Was it a legal hit? Yes. If you're a player on the other team, be a man and challenge Wilson. Wilson has never shied away from a fight after getting engaged – even though I disagree with fighting a guy for a clean hit. But jumping him, after again …. a clean hit, by multiple players is f'ing gutless. Oh, and the Sportsnet announcers from that game were trash. While Wilson is a Toronto boy, he plays for an American team (and will probably be its Captain when Ovechkin leaves) and sadly, a biased and unprofessional call on the play shouldn't be unexpected.
I'm stoked that the Blue Jays won, mostly for Sammy but also for the city of Toronto.

I play now after not playing for 20 years. All the “dangles” would never have happened back in the day. I would have been locked in on the middle of your chest and putting you on your back.

Sammy or Derrick or the other producers/editors of the show we gotta fix this audio issue in between the breaks particularly during the Leafs hour, we keep having audio overlap between the two segments and it's really annoying. I assume this might be an editing issue exclusively but in some shows the audio is also delayed when you guys talk but recently that seems to be fixed but the audio now still overlaps, we can do better boys, but keep up the hard work.

Agree with a lot of the convo but I think the obvious answer is to simply tighten up. Can’t hit a player without the puck. As soon as it is released you gotta let up. Prevents guys from getting brained admiring their pass…. Yes, I know that was part of the game. But, guys are never going to learn and nobody benefits from it. Just future lawsuits
