Agreed. Right now hes a huge defensive liability that doesnt provide that much offense … thats a clear negative. He lacks that killer instinct offensively and has zero shot. If he doesnt take a BIG step forward this year hes a bust.
Comparison to others will either leave you satisfied or disappointed. Drysdale is a defenseman that plays his game. If you compare it to Gost, he isn’t Gost.

For a defenseman from the 2020 class, he technically is the best offensive defenseman by stats behind only Faber and probably is the 3rd best defenseman in the class overall (Faber & Lohrei being 1 & 2, based upon production). He is the most productive 1st round defenseman and many are beyond their window of “prospect” anymore and considered busts if they don’t play 15 years as a 3rd liner. Should he developed a year longer, probably, but that is the Ducks trying to use the best they have, which tells you they didn’t have much.
You’re actually so dumb maybe watch a fricken game and see he’s not the problem 😝😝😝 and people need to stop being so butthurt we have gave up an absolutely horrible person that would’ve wrecked the locker room which is very important for winning teams I’m very happy we filled a gap we needed filled on our defense we have centers that will make our team better now instead of making our team about them
