Put aside the bad reffing (that penalty on Slaf LOL) and another awful performance by Sam (I was defending him after the first 2 goals as I thought it wasn't his fault but I can't defend him for the other 4) I'm really happy with the Habs performance. We totally dominated them 5v5 in a 3rd game in 4th night. They literally had no answer and had absolutely nothing on us. I would feel very comfortable playing them in the playoffs if they were in our division as I truly don't think they're a better team. They got the help they needed and that's about it. Bouchard was horrible tonight and I would take Dobes over him any day of the week.
Anyway, on to the next one! I'm really happy about our performance overall beside a few players (Dach, Monty, etc..) and we shouldn't let that affect our confidence. They won on the scoreboard but they obviously didn't beat us and that's good enough for me.
The league needs to investigate and severely punish these refs
As a habs fan you gotta hunker down. Bad calls or not you got the lead and need to fight to keep it.

Bouchard faut le mettre ailier, il ne sait pas défendre. Le 1er et le 3eme sont pour lui. Ça commence à faire beaucoup depuis le début de la saison.

Still missed like 5 more penalties on McDavid. Oilers should have this many pps every game minimum
Habs need to play tighter on defence. To many goals from the slot, defenders are flat footed. Need to move bodies in front of the net. Monty should've saved a couple. Playing back to back games didn't help either.
The refs 2/10 but.. Montembeault should've stopped two if not three of those six goals against😕 hats off to the Oilers 👏🍻
