Well, that was a fun game to watch. I think the 8-4 win against Ottawa took a weight off this team and they went into this game with confidence. This game showed me a team that can make the playoffs. Now they have the proof that they can compete with the best. "Let's Go Buffalo!"

What an addition Timmons was. Super underrated. Clifton was decent but Timmers is exactly what this team needed: a big hard to play against defensive beast.

Now that’s was a good win. If the team played moving forward, how they played the last two games, they would be worth going to see. Heck if they played 7/10 games pace with that level of compete they will be a playoff team.
This channel has been my backbone throughout the last two years. I get so pissed off and frustrated with the Sabres organization at all levels from the owners to the players to even the fans at times. Then this brilliant man Wayne walks me back to a level head and appreciate that we even have the Sabres to talk about.

When Greenway comes back the only guy I see who comes out is Quinn. Never wins puck battles and is a weak link. but for some reason they just giving this guy so many opportunities

This was HUGE! …side note to fans downing on Lindy; cut him some slack. The man is literally, in many cases, turning boys into men (not a play off the ridiculous band). It takes time and patience!
I was hoping Florida pulled their goalie, so Doan could get his first NHL hattrick. Funny how Marchand absolutely lost it on Dahlin when he just played the same way Marchand did his whole career.
Power again, had his teammates back and legit put the guy in a headlock. I've never seen that before, nor did I think I ever would. His goal was nice, but the physical side and playing with attitude and grit is more exciting to me.
Not gonna lie Wayne, I was really feeling down after first 3 games. These two wins feel awesome. These are games that you can build on and are good examples of team building. And I agree, its Lyons net to lose

The team played like it was a playoff game . LYON was fantastic , DOANE and BENSON look great . No reason not to keep winning , they have the skills if they can play with this type of intensity on regular bases , we can make the playoffs . Adding GREENWAY and KESSERLRING will give us a much needed boost and a balanced lineup . Really enjoyable hockey , credit RUFF for the response and readiness.
