By end of January 2026 – Manning, Knapper and Zoe Webber will have departed Norwich – Josh Sargent will have been sold and by end of Season Norwich will just survive relegation by goal difference on last game of season
Despite Coventry's goal tally now, I think it's still a bold prediction to say that they'll score more than 100 goals. It simply doesn't happen very often. In fact, since 2002 only Fulham exceeded the 100 goals mark, which was in the 2021-22 season.
How do you know we are getting a points deduction at Leicester. Do you know something then?
So bold. I’m impressed!
Bold prediction: Norwich in the bottom 5.
As a Coventry fan I am taking nothing for granted after our good start. Anything can happen in the Championship and there are a lot of games still to play. Good luck all.
Ipswich lost at Preston this season
Dude, if my club (Birmingham) win five in a row I’ll be pleasantly surprised. We e got the players to do it, but Chris Davies sets us out too negatively. That’s shows in the stats with us being one of the bottom clubs for shots on target/goals scored.
Way two much hype for Coventry at the moment yes! Started well but teams after 9 games can still get relegated as teams right down there (forest ect) can go up! Everyone acted like it’s game 25 and were top! It’s 9!!! I’m delighted and espect playoffs were definitely one of the better 6 teams but! Nothing is achieved yet
Stoke had a run of such results under Pulis before promotion that lasted 25+ games. We called it The Binary Season!
Coventry have already played a parachute payment team away (0-0)
Bold prediction for Pompey, they will go the whole season not being able to start Murphy, Lang, Chaplin and Bishop in a game together due to injuries.
Bold prediction for Southampton they will be outside the top 10 at Christmas but finish in the top 6 come the end of the season.
Bold prediction for Coventry they will set the new goal scoring record.
Bold prediction for Sheffield Utd they will still be in the bottom 3 by Christmas.
Bold Prediction = Preston finish in the play offs and Heckingbottom has the experience of play offs & automatic seasons and I predict this season aswell with only one parachute team in the Top 6 with Preston = Ipswich Town
As an Ipswich supporter I think we will spend big on one or two players in January, with a £15M spend
OOoooo!…Innee BOLD!?!
Wrexham will only spend additional money in the transfer window under 2 circumstances: (1) if the squad is in the playoffs picture; or (2) they have identified a player they want that becomes available on either a free transfer or can be obtained at value.
BTW: Wrexham is at number 13 in the Championship for money spent on players at 58M. And take into consideration that they are spending a significant amount on dead money for players no longer on the roster or out on injury for the season (most totally JRod). Which means they are actually overperforming with their active roster. Look for a late run up the table after the 3rd Int'l Break in November before the transfer window. Up the Town!
My prediction is Birmingham City will finish top of the championship and for the first time ever with a negative goal difference.
Sheffield united could still make playoffs .. mad league
How are some of them bold?😂😂
No way Javi Garcia will be in charge at Watford for 46 games in the next year. For a start the Premier League only play about seven games by the end of October 😊
Wonder how 😂will be correct
The championship is just too competitive to predict, even in the last two weeks of the season. Realistically, on our budget and squad depth, playoffs at best for Cov.
As a Boro fan that is used to the worst injury list in the league for 2 years running, I'd be over the moon if Hackney started every single game this season 😍😍
