It’s a little crazy that other than that loss against the rangers the Penguins are one dumb penalty in Anaheim away from possibly being 5-1 to start the season. But regardless even being 4-2 for this team with the expectations they have is a pretty good start so far. We will see what happens when they start to play better more talented teams.
I think Shea has to be one of the biggest surprises, he looks so decisive and in position. If you told me he was a bonafide top 4 defenseman through 6 games I'd believe you.
With the rash of injuries in Florida, do you think Kyle Dubas has been on the phone with Barry Zito saying "hey, I've got some veteran players available…"
And they all said kindel was a reach at 11th. They should have drafted viktor eklund. Kindel is playing in the nhl at 18 and eklund isnt. Not a knock on eklund just proof the consensus rankings are a crapshoot

Kindle would learn nothing being sent down. Talent + high IQ. I really liked Shea & Spoon, some really nice work at the end especially.
