Dont pin that guy
Sydney Crosby certainly was an incredible 16 yr old. When invited to the LA Kings hockey camp. Even as an underage 16 yr old. Sydney put on an incredible performance. Against older players who were viaing for a contract with the Kings. A few years later and Sydney is picked #1 overall by Pittsburg. The rest is history as Sydney scored 102 points as an NHL Rookie. 💪
His edge work at 16 was the same as now good Lord
he was invited cause of his agent Pat Brisson
He's the chosen one
It was a dryer for him, my mom’s dishwasher for me. I dented tf out of that thing starting in ‘96 after I watched the 3 mighty ducks films for the first time when I was like 4. And I’ve been a fan ever since.
The faceoffs are something that perfectly show what crosby is about! The leagues best player spending a summer to make his weakness in a overlooked part of the game into a absolute strength
Could you imagine if nil would have been a thing back then? He’d of made millions in a year two in college. Wow.
The greatest to ever play in the modern era. Most clutch and he did it all without having some insane attribute except his mind. Not a speed merchant. Just a humble beast. Imagine if they didn’t hit hunt him and he didn’t miss as much time as he did. Shane Pitt has sucked for awhile now. Dude just wins in the biggest moment.
Plus I love how he’s not in love how he’s not an attention whore. Just goes back to his small hometown and chills. Cnn
I don't remember a single time where somebody called him "undersized" even though he kinda is.
as a life long Red Wings fan…this dude is soooo good…
eh a lot of the greats could have done the same at that age. Pat Kane at 16 was about 140 lbs but if you put him in an NHL development camp he'd have literally skated circles around everyone. and McDavid, Matthews… the ones you expect.
