Hell no. The media needs to stop covering for hi,m. Let me lay it out. He isn't scoring. So offensive defenceman is not a defensible counterpoint. Further to that, he gives the puck away with shin pad shots or weak dangles (see Rangers game). Now, defensively, he sucks. Bouchard should have been indexed to Cale Makar. THAT is a real dman worthy of the salary he is paid. Bouchard is not, and never has been, worth that money.

The offensive defensemen you mentioned are, actislly, good defensemen! Bouchard is a HORRIBLE defensemen. If he ever makes the canadian olympic team we're not winning anything. It would be a sad state of canadian defensemen… same goes for skinner
