78-year-old Maxine Nutt is a longtime Lindy Ruff fan. She wore an autographed jersey while she cheered him on as Sabres captain during the 1980s. Years later, he supported her with a handwritten letter when she was a patient at Roswell Park.

In partnership with Senior Wishes, we brought Maxine to KeyBank Center to fulfill her wish of spending time with Lindy in person.
