Feels like they are caught between trying to score and playing defense. They need to commit to the defense. But the media needs to stop pressuring them on 5 on 5 scoring. The scoring will come if they have a great neutral zone set-up and defensive structure to turn pucks over and then attack with numbers.

Tem has definitely had some bad luck.. but they've also made a lot of bad mistakes defensively, which have cost them. Need to tighten things up quickly before the season slips away.
My question about the PK… If they do it right, is the diamond so good that it's worth it??

My sources indicate that the NHL will allow the Senators to undraft Logan Hensler and take a different player at the 2026 nhl entry draft if the season goes poorly for them. This is good news for their chances to get McKenna.

I saw this game live at the CTC and that Spence turnover goal then Lee scoring the winner with a minute left still haunts me in my nightmares. I will say this I agree with Yorkie that Spence had a great game last 3 games he's been awesome. On that particular play honestly I would blame the coaching cause what are you doing putting your bottom pair defenseman on the ice with couple minutes left in the game should be your top pair out there to lock things down and make sure you at least get that point going into OT. This game was frustrating on so many levels.
