  1. MSL benching Jackeye like usual, but giving the french soyboys more icetime lol. What a dope
Also love these two wannabe mainstream podcasters getting Kapanen's name wrong all the time, because they have 'inside info' on how to pronounce his name lol.

  2. Demidov should be playing 20 minutes a game on the first power play unit and first line. He could score 80-100 points on the first line and top power play.

  3. This road trip will determine a few things. It's difficult to have patience with the potential we all see, but we have to go with the process.

Remember: ppl keep talking about why wasn't Hutson getting more time, regular or pp. He still won the Calder, even with how it went. Just relax and enjoy

  4. With Guhle out and Minty not being at his best…Habs maybe able to just outscore teams…get the fire power on the ice as much as possible.

  5. Marcos mic always sounds terrible. Every episode. Would love to have it fixed as im sure all who listen would. Thanks

  6. Demidov is very evidently first line material, at the very least first PP. Splitting the talent on PP, sounds good, but it really facilitates the job for the enemy’s defense, because they can focus or cheat on the real threat at all time, but if they are on the ice at the same time, it becomes an impossible task.

I don’t like comparing his situation to Lane Hutson, because the guy in his way isn’t a veteran like Matheson, it’s another high pick young player that was given his spot on a silver platter as a last chance before being sent down originally.

Not hating on Slaf, he will be a cherished member of the Canadiens for the next ten years or so, at a minimum, but he’s not at the same level, sadly for both the 2C situation makes it seem that coming down of line 1 like a punishment, but i simultaneously would like to see Slaf develop his play with other players than Suzuki and Caufield.

  7. New hook is up third line player at best guy can skate. Doesn’t do much of anything after that if you include him in a trade to get a second line centre I’d be all for it.

  8. The problem the Habs have up front is that the Habs invested a 1st overall pick in a player who HAS to play with top players or he's useless. Elite players like Demidov can make things happen from anywhere. Slaf can't.

  9. Slowly he will have more ice time….for now, he has to wait his turn…continu to prove that he is a team player and earn it….that will show that in the future a willingness to loose this spot for the team.

  10. Dimidov should be on # 1 line Slaf is 2 or 3rd line player at best, if a change isn't made they will have trouble making the playoffs
