Hyman is not an easy player to replace. He has substantially more experience than Fredric. Not knocking Fredric, it can't be easy trying to hang with the two best players in the league. It's going to take him, or anyone, time to figure out how to play with those two. Especially considering they both move and play so different from each other.

Frederic is locked up forever, let him soak those points up. Keeps everyone else's contracts down.
