Not that bad.. did you watch last night games😂
Watch out watch out watch out 👀
Those little decisions quickly add up and lead to significant consequences. Thanks for shedding some light on them!
I remember when we called out goalies for passively “butterfly blocking” a decade + ago. I think it’s time we call them out for passively RVH blocking.
They’re spoiled due to their size and that it works when it works, but it’s starting to not work as often.
one about dustin wolf would be amazing! kid is so fun to watch
No all the goalies play this way now. There is no reason to play on your knees constantly. Those sharp things on your feet are skates, and they allow you to move quickly and smoothly on ice.Modern goalies don't cut angles,or use their sticks,or catch pucks,or direct pucks away from the net ,they are taught to collapse to absorb the puck, and too many bad goals go in.They play passive goaltending, not anticipating plays but just reacting.Jacques Plante would hate how these goalies all play now,as he was a master of being a proactive goalie, and he won 6 Cups and 6 Vezinas for it,and a Hall of Fame induction.
I was wondering where Vladar had gone.He went where goalies die,to Philadelphia,a team that hasn't had a good goalie since Pelle Lindberg.
Atta boy, Jimmy
IT was a very good shot
As a Flames fan I've seen this story too many times. Vladar has a tendency to lean to tight against the post when he's covering the angle, and it leaves space on the far side of the goal
The person who shot the puck should get a lot of credit, way to recognize the goalies placement and shoot a 90°… That was a sick as F*ck 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
