Oilers aren't winning anything if this roster remains unchanged. Still way too top heavy, relying on McDavid and Draisaitl, and not enough depth because of the bad contracts Bouchard and Nurse are on. Also, no goaltending.

The Oilers have a brain problem. A lot of stinky thinking going on, judging by the facial reactions by 97. A team is made of of many parts, everyone has a role to play, but, IMHO, 97 needs to stay head up, have fun and lead without the negative facial expressions. Just my opinion.
