When a Rookie Takes Control of the Game..

OK Guys, it’s time to take a look at the game last night!! The home opener for the Montréal Canadiens!! After a touching tribute for Ken Dryden, the Habs hit the ice against the Seattle Kraken in a very entertaining game. Ivan Demidov was a standout.. which is EXACTLY what you wanna see.. and in today’s video I’m going to break down the Habs 3rd straight win!

  1. Awesome video, love your british ish accent, it’s pretty rare in hockey fandom! You made yourself a new subscriber from eastern Quebec!

  2. -CAUFIELD's hands are blazing right now! He had all 3 feet of Nick Suzuki to bank that shot off of in OT, but decided he'd put it in the opening next to the goalie's left ear.
-DACH's goal didn't go off his ACL and MCL because he'd be injured for the season.
-DEMIDOV is "starting" to feel a bit more comfortable playing "HIS" game out there I believe. I was shocked as hell to see Laine make a pass to him there, but I think that shows that he sees Ivan really starting to do amazing things with the puck. So instead of blindly shooting, he gives it back to ID. And magic happened.
-SHANE WRIGHT is damn ugly. Sorry Shane.
-MONTY is staying too far back in his net. He had a few chances to come out and take away the angles on turnover shots, etc, but didn't. I pray he gets his groove back soon, or we might have a problem with deciding on who's 1A. Dobes looked amazing in his only start. I'm thinking they should be giving him a LOT more. Challenge Monty a little.

  3. By the sound of your accent, you’re on the far east coast of Canada! I’m checking in with you from Ottawa Canada, you do a great show, glad to be a

  4. " Fart in a van and locked the windows 🤣🤣💀, speaking from experience junkie.
I think that Kraken 4th goal might see Xhekaj lose is spot for a few games. He's playing vert timid and trying to be mistake from and it's just making more mistakes. Being a big Xhekaj fan, this sucks, but wouldn't be shocked.
