Guhle seems to be injury prone. Laine, one man's misfortune, may be another one's fortune. He will be replaced by Joe Valeno. Dach- too bad. Again, is he injury prone? If Valeno shows he belongs, Laine may be the one to sit in the rafters, even if he does come back healthy. Beck needs to show he is hungry. This is is great chance to remain.
So waiver elegable had nothing to do with the Veleno/ Beck decision. I see.
Struble doesn’t have Dobeš in net to make him look good. Let’s see how he plays with Monty between the bars.
the same 3 all the time with raindeer also
Two things …strength and conditioning this team plays like a soft wimpy team so the strength and conditioning never seems t o be there.MTL has to be the most injury time team in the NHL the past 4 years no way is that coincidence becuase I can see how they play on the ice.
Losing all those puck battles is also no coincidence this team needs to be tougher stronger and in better condition.Early season groin injuries is 100% because the player was not in shape and pushed too hard out of the gate I went through it myself it always took me exactly 3 games before I could really go 100%.
So MTL is being trained improperly and coached improperly becuase on top of injuries and losing battles all over they also start every first period very poorly. In all 5 games so far this season during the first period I thought they were going to lose all 5 game for sure.
The old school Habs used to often start the Gainey line get the team on a fast hustle role right out of the gate becuase it is contagious.
Dach injured?
Wow – now who ever could have imagined that….LOL?
oh enough with the sponsor ads guy common
Don't be so quick o say there were no early season injuries becuase there were but also the staff was blamed for not sitting out players that were apparently injured. They fired all that staff so yeah the blame or excuses were there .I want to repeat that I see it on the ice these players play like wimps they ae not conditioned like an NHL player needs to be.
I didn't expect Dach to play for more than a month before being out of the line-up. I'm very curious to see what Veleno can do as a replacement for Laine. Losing Guhle is a serious issue, however, it may give "Jack-Eye" an opportunity to play a regular shift and build some confidence. 😊
Can florian play defence ? Replace his brother
The only guy on the team that's a defensive liability iS….. Arber Xhekaj
The most surprising thing about LANE HUTSON last season was how
many defensive zone puck battles he won ……. Second only behind the most underrated defenseman in the league Jacob Slaven. …….And you're telling me, he started 71 % of the time in the offensive zone makes that even more incredible.
……………. Granted,……… in the playoffs…… he look terrible in his own end
My over/under on Dach was playing 10 games. Before sitting out with injury. Man was I off.
Shocker? You must be joking. The only shocker would be if Guhle and Dach "DIDN'T* get injured. They're the Achilles Heel of this rebuild.
Qui sera dans les buts ce soir pour les Canadiens?
Those 3 guys are always injured. Maybe hockey is not for them.
The only impact player on the injury list is Guhle … the other 2 are works in progress. Nice to see Verano and Beck getting a chance to play and Wifi and Struble are more than capable.
