Honestly, if they play like this every game, they’ll be towards the top of the standings. Sometimes it just doesn’t go your way
The offense wasn’t flat at all. Every now and then a goalie is absolutely locked/stands on his head and that’s what happened. Boys are looking good. First game they definitely looked flat but things are looking like they’re coming together nicely.
That goal that got past Quicky was going past every goalie in the league. That tip was absolutely ridiculous.
You gotta shout out the doc next time u read comments on an episode Jon! Despite not scoring a goal at home in 2 games the team and fans can rest knowing there was plenty effort given in this one. Would love to see them put a win streak together soon
Yeah games like this are very frustrating but I can handle a loss where the team gives their all VS the lack luster effort losses we got last season. If they keep playing like this they'll win their fair share of games. We got ''reverse Shesterkin-ed'' and it sucks to be on the receiving end of that. haha
Caps fan here….what an amazing game last night. Lindgren robbed the Rangers a few times, the Caps had a few empty nets that they just missed. Super entertaining game, I always love Caps Rangers games. Nothing like them.
every team gets goalied a few times a year, caps got goalied by swayman opening night, caps need to finish ,they had a few open nets they missed, then again so did the rangers.
Goalied three times in three home games? C’mon! Do I have a sign on my back that says; “I was born yesterday!”
