I'm sorry, but a great hockey player never has to say, "I know I'm a good hockey player." I'll just leave that there. He'll end up having a great career, but he has been the most overhyped player in the last 20+ years. Maybe he hits his prime really late, we'll see. And no, playing on the Hawks has nothing to do with it. Zero.

I am happy to see Bedard getting better year after year.
But to be a great player, he'll also need to mature and be careful not to take unnecessary penalties. In the game against Montreal, we saw him flash his glove in Carrier's face after the whistle. Completely unnecessary. By the way, Montreal and Chicago are the two youngest teams in the league.
