Sloppy sloppy sloppy 😡
I have been to ALL home openers, and this was the worst, refereeing was atrocious, the call back on the goal was WRONG and the fact that it took them almost five minutes is amateurish, the defense diamond system does not work, that has not changed, and the most frustrating is playing the boards and passing the puck not only 2-3 times but 5-6 times on several occasions without a shot on net, looking for the perfect play, that is frustrating like hell, overall they came out flat, and a hell of a way to do it on home ice with a full house, extremely pissed, and games lost now as we know dictates a very hard season ahead

The effort was terrible tonight I get the officiating wasn't great that happens. Good teams handle this adversity and win considering the opponent was Nashville a team of rookies and 35 year olds. The Preds outskating the Sens considering how old a lot of their best players are and they were skating around our best players who should be way better at skating. Sens got lucky they faced a weaker opponent in Nashville because that could've been much worse. We definitely need a time limit on reviews it's either goalie interference or it isn't shouldn't take 7 minutes to analyse the same 2 seconds

Really worried about the top line. I’m sorry but even while Brady was in he has been slow and is making hasty decisions with the puck. Zetterlund was a ghost most of the game, and Stützle is a one man show with no one in the o zone with him

Zetterlund has been absolutely invisible and I hope that changes soon. Am I the only one who prefers Timmy’s play making over shoot first? They’ve all been such easy saves, super predictable and just heating up the goalie. His playmaking either causes offensive chaos or EN goals for someone

All of the things I thought we’d have issue with have proven to be problems. No true elite forwards, inconsistent goalie and special teams, discipline, an invisible 4th line, G and Perron glacial, nick jensen NOT the player that arrived last season and most glaringly, Zetterlund NOT a top line winger.
Could be a long season if this continues lads.
I think you leave Giroux on the top line. The moment they put him back up there that was when Sanderson scores that opening goal, that was disallowed.

I might be the only one but I'm back on the Chabot hate train… Way too many no look passes in the first three games, play that lead to nothing or turnovers, guiding the plays to nothing, terrible defensive decisions and on top of that Nick Jensen that is looking incredibly slow… I loved what I was seeing from Spence on the PP, hopefully he takes over Chabot's spot on the second unit
