jim rutherford needs to shut up. seriously.
I don't see anything interesting here.
Let’s just get this season about hockey 🏒
Never liked Tocshit or his attitude. Loves throwing anyone under the proverbial bus. Egocentric for successes. Not a team guy. Did not care for eastern management coming in & believed the agenda was to once again sabotage from within. Never liked Miller for his give away play, narcissism, coach wannabe bullying, & temper tantrums. His jealousies fed into losing productive players like BoHo, top scorer, being traded so miller could rise to shine,(but then he needed to cut Pettersson’s lights). I saw all this as toxic. There are a few more ingredients that support my thoughts. It so much reminded me of a former coach & star destroying the team from within. Hughes took an exceptional attitude to personally rise above & away, to raise his gifts and abilities for personal growth amidst the toxicity, for his future. I have since altered my position a bit on Alvin as i think he is now trying to prove a personal point to build a decent team with minimal tools. I do feel that the team is on a cohesive road with a lot of hard workers. I was skeptical over Foote, but am more appreciative and confident in his management and feel that he saw the under plays of toxicity playing out and really wanted to play hockey with a team. (As opposed to seeking fame, feeding his ego, and focussing on a bigger future paycheck with the Eastern good ol’ boys club).
I feel better about the team and the health of the organization now.
Thanks for the rant time.
My opinions & intuition.
Go Canucks! Let’s play hockey amidst the politics! (Cause the politics never go away).
My 1st dislike for your content. Here's why, You make it sound like Tocchet ruined Petey and Foote fixed him into a trophy winner. The guy hasn't played a game yet. If he returns to form you can make that case, but saying he feels more relaxed and counting that as a win, is nonsense. DO you want a relaxed player playing relaxed hockey on a relaxed team while the intense teams pound your sweeties? Peteylacked intensity, Miller and Toch tried to bring it out of him and failed. End of story.
Bring Kuzmenko back!
Tocchet thought and told Rutherford that you can;t be a winning team and have a fruity wimpy #1 centre.
