NO WAY this just happened…

The Montreal Canadiens vs Toronto Maple Leafs was frustrating in many ways but extremely exciting in others with a couple of new Habs in Kapanen and Bolduc getting goals. Josh Gosse and Jesse Poirier chat about all of it on this episode of Habs Digest.

  1. Not a bad game overall. The Loof go ahead goal on both D's stickless was very unlucky. WTF is going on with all the broken sticks? Thanks guys.

  2. Our top players were ghosts. This was an awful game. We had to rely on Kapanen and a rookie we brought in very recently who we have barely seen play. This isnt acceptable.

  3. "SOMEHOW managed to lose"??? We're going to lose a LOT of these kinds of games this year. Outplay the opposition for 40 out of 60 mins maybe, but no experience, no toughness, no 2C. HuGo failed to improve our team this off-season.

  4. I said something about being too soy. You just wouldnt listen. Sooooo unsubbed, and flagged, for being gay. Buy.

  5. Hey HuGo!?! How's that 2C search going? Please update us if/when you have a chance? As a lifelong fan, I see zero point in investing any time/energy in this team until HuGo finally wins a trade, maybe? Haven't won one yet.

  6. You guys wow this channel is getting harder to watch you only see a game one way the ask your self what line is hard to play against what live has the other team looking over there shoulder all shift this team is badly coached on the defensive end they have no team toughness the are building on nothing good luck with your channel but open your eyes

  7. Guys is so refreshing to see your positive energy and smyles ,because bigg part of habs fanbase is just super toxic …Is hard to know ,how many sad and complex people live around us.Yesterday- effort was there ,i think generally was really good game ,little bit unlucky for Habs .
    Continue in good work guys!

  8. I’ve been the biggest Patrik Laine defender but you guys are deranged if you think he had a great game. The dude CANNOT stop Turing over the puck, the play literally dies on his stick every time he touches the puck, it’s infuriating.

  9. So many people complaining below, they sound like fair-weather Leafs fans who think the season is over after the first game. Keep up the great work guys! Keep the faith and Go Habs Go!

  10. Demidov and Laine need to be on pp1 Slav and Bolduc don’t deserve to be there !!! That power play in the third period when they just passed the puck around they didn’t get a good scoring chance ! Demidov needs to play on the power play …. You guys talking Slav had a awesome game what did he do just miss chances imo he’s not worth anything even close to what he’s getting paid at all he’s a flop waste of a 1st overall pick ! I can’t believe Marty has a talent like Demidov on his team and he only sees about 45 seconds of pp time a complete disappointment! Slav and Bolduc need to be put in pp2 ! Demidov is by far the most talented player on the team !!

  11. I am predicting a bad start. They will not win until they get home next week. I guarantee people are going to be freaking

  12. i thought we played well and deserved something from the game… if we play like that consistently there will be more wins than losses. one thing i will say though, Hutson needs to stop spinning back and forth as much as he did and learn to pass the puck a bit quiker sometimes in the offensive zone
    Go Habs Go
