She is such a powerful runner. Coming from the hardest race in track (400mH) I knew she would dominate the 400m.

Her hurdles' WRs are already some of the most monumental progressions in athletic history, she will definitely improve this event as well. Fairy tale!

Mclaughlin-Levrone is unbelievable…what a race. I am a huge fan. She will definitely get the 400m record sooner or later. Wonder what in her mind after she accomplishes that. She needs to teach the world how to achieve incredible races like that.
Does Mclaughlin ever smile? Reminds me of Samuel Tefera. Never smiles, regardless of how well she/he does. You do you, but it's so more enjoyable to watch an athlete expressing joy when she/he does well.
Hopefully she didn't go out to fast and waste too much energy on a semifinal race. Sydney is still new to this race compared to her competitors who have been 400m runners for years.
