Our pp with demidov was the most effective in po and what he supposed to do on pp2 now
I would replace Gallagher with Newhook on the second unit. Newhook was the puck carrier on PP2 last year.

Quick peek at the lines. This team will also get pushed around in a rematch with the very average 24/24 Caps.
PP2 is gonna score more than PP1. I guarantee it.
As a matter of fact, they should put Hutson on with Laine and Demidov, IMO.

we got the youngest team but we have gallagher on the 2nd line SMH, put him on the 4th with josh anderson
Sad for Veleno who played very well and showed that he can work everywhere on the ice. With this line-up I think I would bring Veleno at the place of Evans or Kapanen. I think if this doesn't work with one of those two Veleno will take the spot in the first 3 weeks. Also I would have love to see Demidov on a line with Gallagher who works like a horse as a veteran.

Look at the St. Louis Blues and Utah Mammoth. They're doing the same thing with the PP.
I believe still shoyld switch boldic and demidov on the powerplay is a better set up

we r a leader away from being a great team.. weather it be a coach or a crosby type to come take the C , lake of grit from the leadership is the only thing that with halt the habs success
somebody please explain this to me .. why would a team telegraph upfront their lines setup and specifically PP and PK units? why would you do that ? is that a mandatory NHL rule ?
I'll tell you what would be great is to have Demidov on the 2nd PP with Laine and Xhekaj.
Xhekaj has a decent shot and will shoot on the PP. That will make them less predictable if Demidov has 2 shooting options to pass to.
