There is some issues with the framerate on the highlight videos from teh Canucks channel. Sure there is better resolution 1080p, appreciate that. But it is as if the frame rate is set at 24 fps instead of 60 fps. Compare the video to the NHL official highlights or the Sportsnet 720p @60fps. Big difference in how good it flows. This video is CHOPPY.
Canuck's' win was more luck than effort and skill. EP40 was dogging it. Chytil and Demko are injury prone. I predict this team won't make the playoffs. You heard it here first.

game was pretty ugly sometimes but demko was dialled in. win is a win.
6:10 I know some fans (especially Flames fans) are going to cry foul here because a player was injured, but that play happened fast and you can't blow the whistle the moment a player falls to the ice. Players fall down all the time and bounce back up or at least show some effort to indicate they're going to shake it off. That was just the wrong place at the wrong time. Hope the guy's ok! Odd play..

I hate that I have a good feeling about this year. Not in the "we're going to the finals" sort of way. Just in the "this'll be a fun year" sort of way. The playoffs are a completely different beast.
