Great video! If I do primer session 24 hours before fight, would you still reccomend taper session at start of the week as you mentioned? Or is that primer session enough if I´ve trained hard enough . Thanks
ik its out of context for this video but u are the best person i can ask this, if i am unable to throw med ball for rotational power(not enough space at gym plus can't do it on a wall) how do i train rotational power? slamming on floor is allowed though
also i am training most aspects already like speed(intensive plyos, jump etc), power(oly variations), strength work but how much does the rotational power exercise like throws can make a difference in punching power?
