I think/hope Borgen and Schneider will be a pleasant surprise this year. Gotta agree though the blue line is still pretty thin.

Our 3rd and 4th lines and our 2nd and 3rd D pairs are just not gonna cut it , hopefully its painfully obvious and Sully will make changes sooner rather than later.
Tonight should give us a few better clues as to how solid the changes have made us.
Gavrikov is a definite upgrade. Expect it to take some time for the lines to get comfortable.
Can Coach Sullivan 'motivate' the forwards to do some backchecking? In preseason, they were.
Will the new coaching staff establish accountability… sit or send down the nonperformers?

Disagree on Robertson. I think he's way more mobile that Soucy & I like how he tries to pin forwards on the wall & stall offensive plays. Things I'm watching for tonight is how aggressive is the forecheck & how well is the slot & net front protected in the D-zone.
We did the exact opposite at every choice that we should’ve. I mean literally every time. Insane.
It's about team defense, everyone needs to chip in. Mika is the biggest suspect in that dept.
Not sure with Laba and Brodinsky in a line up that's laced with 30 somethings that will improve either. The Rangers went from a quick team to a very slow one overnight. 🏒
