I got my name on board. 20 years later of intensive pysical labor as it seemed that was my niché – I can barely get out of bed in the morning. Not even 40 years old yet. It ain't worth it. Even if you can do it. I promise you it is not worth it.
Ever since I wore elevated heels and really squatted … like try to touch my hamstrings and calves, to mimic the kind of stretch you get from a leg press, my quads scream. It has become a total quad and buttocks effort that has caused me to go lighter. Squats in my opinion are the total testosterone booster! I've never felt more energize, because it's like overcoming near death if you really go hard.
