twisty won't be happy frank went after his boyfriend like that lol
Please more insider content like this!
too much commercials man
Crosby did the same with his extension. But he took the same.
Yzerman moved a prospect to get a 2nd rounder and THE SAME DAY used that pick to ship Walman out of Detroit. He did it to send a message to the team that whatever Walman was doing was NOT tolerated. We may never know what he did, but lots of rumors are circulating about his behavior. Yzerman can squeeze OJ from a potato, so if he passed on value, it must be a pretty strong reason.
Seravalli should stick to trade updates and forget about evaluating teams. Like many of these guys. They have people in their pockets. How much do you think Yzerman cares about your opinion. I am sure he would tell you to your face Ssravalli. Goof
frank just hates the Wings. it's cool, though, we have plenty of people ho love them and Steve Yzerman.
Maybe one day we'll find out the truth behind who killed JFK, aliens at Roswell, and what exactly transpired with the Jake Walman from DET trade. Yzerman still continues to refuse to discuss it and the only thing that is apparent is that for whatever reason he needed to trade Walman urgently and did what he needed to do to make the transaction. But it's a huge outlier in his trade history so I give him the benefit of the doubt regarding the circumstances behind it. Sure Walman has worked for Edmonton, but in the same ways he worked for Detroit and yet his underlying defensive numbers haven't been great throughout his career.
Regarding the pro scouting department, I'm not sure the defensemen they signed in FA were as much their fault as it was that there just weren't players available to fill roster spots. The fact that they had to overpay for Chiarot is telling of how many players actually wanted to sign with Detroit the past 5 years. I'm not saying these were good signings but they really didn't have any other options except to trade away good prospects and high picks, decisions of which are now coming to fruition. Even this year the reports were that they were interested in Ekblad and Gavrikov, yet neither of those players were available to them.
Since Frank is so much of an insider, I'm curious what players were available for them to sign that they missed out on because their pro scouting department dropped the ball.
Seravalli & Dreger both a couple of hacks, zero inside information.
