Adam Finnie really came out of nowhere
I was in LA when Luc Robitaille was drafted in the 7th (we're the same age – old). I'm not say Finnie is another Luc but sometimes you just don't know how high their ceiling is. I'm picking 25-28 goals this season for him and 30 for Kasper.
Predictions:
MBN – 18g, 24a, 42
ASP – 11g, 22a, 33
Finnie – 17g, 20a, 37
Looks like this is the last time, at this moment, that Detroit will be considered having a top prospects pool in the NHL, and that is a good thing. To me, Detroit has had a top 5 prospects pool in the NHL the past few years. I absolutely lol at Elite Prospects recent rankings having Detroit at 12th in the NHL. What a Fkn joke! Detroit has a way better prospects pool than Chicago, who was ranked 5th. As Wings fans we know that right now, we have one of the very best prospects pool in the NHL!❤

Im so happy that MBN and ASP on the roster. Im over the moon that ASP gets a full crack on the roster, because he has to be better than any of the bottom 2 dman. With MBN, his shot is so good and he has grit. Its unfortunate that Danielson went down. When Danielson gets healthy, along with Mazur, has a shot to fill a roster spot if anybody falters or gets injured. Its also a good sign that Yzerman allowed this to happen. It makes me more upbeat about the Yzerplan. It also shows that Yzerman not signing any mid players to term contracts was the right move.

Honestly feel like ASP might be the only one that stays- Maybe MBN. I’m so glad they made the team and get a shot to show what they got it’s exciting
MBN goes on to get 12 points in his first 10 games and barely beats out ASP for the Calder. He ends up on Larks and Rayzor's line by thanksgiving and remains there for the remainder of the season, including the playoffs.
Can we switch chariot and aljo? Seems like a better placement for both
I'm happy they got both MBN and ASP on the team, because I think they can be a great duo. They know each other very well from last year.
I hope the Red Wings will fly the parents of these 3 rookies in for their debut on Thursday. It always makes for compelling video to see the proud parents in the stands at LCA.
