I seem to recall just before Karlsson won his Norris in San Jose people were debating if he was a hall of famer or not. He already had 2 Norris trophies at this point btw. Morgan just isn't on that level.
Reilly is only a #1 D man because Toronto can't seem to figure out how to get one. There's at least 20 guys I can think of off the top of my head that'd be in the Hall before Reilly.
