This blue line AND prospect pool (besides Martone) is just freaking embarrassing. That taking York instead of Caufield was a catastrophe. Luchanko over Buium is probably going to look just as bad by mid-season. Only two elite potential prospects/players in this ENTIRE organization are Michkov and Martone. MAYBE Konecny, Zegras, and Sanheim worth keeping around. The rest of this team is ridiculous mediocrity. Drysdale, York, and Zamula all look next to horrible. Seeler is a solid 3rd pair guy. If this team ever wants to be taken seriously and go to the playoffs children size players like York , Drysdale and brink have to go. We are literally the smallest team in the league and it’s not a recipe for success, these guys can’t even stay healthy. Zamula is a twig and we got other talented smaller players like TK & Michkov and now Zegras. But even he is made of glass. Hopefully we can dump more dead weight this year and get a top 5 draft pick in this draft because we are not a playoff caliber team reach for success right now is another bad idea. Rebuild properly like all these other teams do. It’s infuriating they can’t commit to it.
