In my head, I'm seeing a commercial for the "Smile" non-profit and a photo of Jack Campbell mixed in with those misfortuned 3rd world kids with cleft palates. Seriously though, plastic surgery isn't all glamour.
Plastic surgery gets a bad rep for the elective side, but repair is also a big part of it. Burns, facial disfigurements, etc. A lot of good work being done too.
