Rough when Jess has the night off 😂😂❤💪
Laine looks very good!
Marty better not put him on the 4th line…..a waste of his talents. I could see him on the 3rd line with Dach at centre.
koivu, hage, mooney, prickford, fowler, zharovsky, florian xhekaj, beck, kapanen, dobes wth we are STACKED
Would Blais have to clear waivers coming back up? I thought it was only going down. If we had an injury I thought we could recall him without having to put him on waivers…
I totally respect the way the lines are being built to prevent soft spots defensively. I do think with the way Demidov passes the puck and the way Laine buries scoring opportunities with precision it would match up well against opposing defences. I guess we still have PP2 potentially. But, am glad to see Montreal try to cover some soft spots and think more defensively. I do hope Dobson makes a good impression in his first game, earns some major minutes and has a great season and (crosses fingers*) playoffs
Zharosky is a kostitsyn
You know the prospects themselves listen to you to understand their situation.
Laine will be on the right side of Dach and Bolduc. They have to keep Laine on the right, because he can't catch a pass on his back hand if his life depended on it. So if he went to the Kapanen line, it would force Demidov to the left (bad move) or to another line.
Whether the Dach line is the 2nd line of the 3rd line, I think is irrelevant.
