I’m a huge Nicklas Lidstrom fan and everyone said how consistent he was. I saw him in Philly the year the Flyers were dead last, and he sucked big time. Detroit lost like 5-0 and he was like minus 3. So even he was inconsistent.
theseguys will tell you cam york is the next lidstrom, can these guys just be honest and say this team stinks and were already set up to get gavin mckenna, i have this feeling he is bound to be a flyer to get this pathetic franchise for the last 10 years a chance again

Tocc seemed to waffle a bit about Abols. The bottom end defensemen have been weak sauce. Abols has been good.
I am so excited for this season. Zegras is exactly what Michkov needed. They are going to be extremely fun to watch. Zegras is a highly skilled player. Forester would be the best match for them until Martone is ready.
If Zegras can be at least defensively responsible, he will most likely be our #1C. Zavagrin will prob be the #1 goalie. I’m starting to think Quinn Hughes is the superstar free agent we have been waiting for. He LOVES Tocchet, & Zegras. Tocchet LOVES Quinn. I found it curious that Zegras mentioned he never wanted to play against Quinn again because he is the greatest hockey player.
It would be nice if they would trade for Necas to challenge Zegras for the #1 C. Brick by brick.
Luchenko has plenty of skills to make the roster, expect 1 – his reluctance to shoot. Can't be an assist guy for ever.
