  1. Honestly I've never been on the Evangalista fan wagon but I do agree with Emma, 2yr 2 million was what I was expecting based on his last contract & unproven future. And I also agree with Ann, it's sending mixed messages by signing Jost while we wait. But with Sissons gone I'd take Jost over Evangalista.

  2. I’ve always been a diehard Preds fan, and I’ve never been ashamed of my team, but I gotta say, I feel that Trotz is starting to embarrass us a bit. I was full “team Trotz” last year after the signings, but since then, I’ve had a ton more questions than answers and the Vange mess is not a good look at all. I hope we get this sorted before too long.

  3. Barry trotz opened his hand and slapped Evangelista with that offer…. It was a pathetic offer and now trotz his putting his own pride over the future of the team….

I thought at first the coach may have been an issue last year, but suddenly I am questioning how management his operating this team…

I know Evangelista had a bad year last year, but still did the entire team and offer that abysmal offer…… is truly pathetic…. Even if you sign him now, he may opt for to leave a couple years because of this…..

  4. Kraken just lost their top RW in Kaapo Kakko for 6 weeks – call up Seattle and make a trade. There’s no reason Evangelista should be low-balled like that. A 23 year old 35ish point (floor) playmaking winger, who plays responsible on defense is worth significantly more than Trotz seems willing to pay. Take a draft pick or prospect and move forward
