  1. MBN has just continued to get better and better all training camp and pre season. It’s wild to see these young players showing so much progress over the course of a month. Never seen it like this before since I started watching the Wings. Great youth development, that’s how you get into the post season

  2. Good win but… a few red flags. This was a close game between the Wings main Roster and players who are likely Marlies but they had some killer turnovers and Gibson had a rotten night.

We'll see who males the cut and how well the kinks get hammered out for Thursday.

  3. If MBN, and ASP arn't on the roster Stevie Y can kiss my butt…..I don't care how much these old dead weight players cost. Play the best players and it's obvious that you can cut bait with compher and Holl heck even Gustafson for that matter, where's he been?

  4. Finnie has been good but I feel like he's probably going to get the unenviable first callup position. MBN, I think, made his case. He is the guy who will start the season with the big club. Yzerman is going to have a tough call to make on ASP. He could absolutely start the season with the wings, but with so many d-men brought in that's going to have to mean someone moved out. For ASP it's top 4 or bust. If not they'll let him go to Grand Rapids to play top pair minutes.
