  1. They have so much cap space they could buy heavy in November and then resell by the trade deadline if things don't work out.

  2. 2:36 – I would like to remind everybody that Wood's first year in Colorado was pretty great. He quickly became a fan favorite in Denver.
Unfortunately, he had a bad year in 24-25 and got pushed out of the lineup by injuries, Joel Kiviranta being a better defensive option and the return of Gabe Landeskog.
Let's not act like he's been bad for a long time. Aside from a season missed due to injury in 2021-22 and last year when he only got into 37 games, he's been very consistent.

  3. I really hope they figure out the Chinakov situation asafp. I really don't want that distraction to be too long.

  4. On big aspect for Columbus long terms is that every single on of their young forwards will need a contract in the next two seasons They only have Monahan, Olivier and Wood signed beyond 2026-27. With all the salary going up, they have all the make or break the cap work to do real soon.

  5. I understand the cap but teams shouldn't be able to leave millions of dollars of the cap, what's that about, spend the money to bring in a star player or a couple solid players, the owners are making Huge money, don't let them cheap out.
