Edmonton Oilers Thoughts Following The End Of Pre-Season 2025

Lekkerimaki is looking like how we wanted Howard to look it seems to me.
Vancouver is looking good with a healthy Demko. Just have to say how much everyone disagreed with me that we should make a bid for him because of his injury prone history, but Vancouver knew what they had so it was never an option.
Philp was better than Lazar, can see him as 4C. Yes, his faceoff percentage needs to improve but practice makes things better. I have to admit I hate the PK right now, it's tentative and not effective. PP seems okay but you have placeholders for Hyman early on. Thanks Tyson. Take care all.
Preseason play for 2025 for Canada‘s Western teams is done, with two games remaining, both to start late Saturday afternoon Mountain Daylight Time, that affect Eastern teams, with the Leafs in an away game vs the Red Wings and the Sens and Habs to face each other at the Bell Centre. I plan to watch the latter of those games to find out if that game will be closer than the Habs’ blowout win over the Sens in the earlier of the two preseason games, but also if the nastiness from that earlier game will spill over into the upcoming one (with the earlier of those games having resulted in over 100 penalty minutes dished out due to the number of fights in that game).
