I'm glad to see you bring attention to Campbell's violent strikes. It's not something that gets promoted or talked about any longer as a general rule in the media, but I have felt that opposing players throughout the league have been experiencing how #46 for the Detroit Lions arrives like a tombstone when you have the football against the Detroit Lions. It's great to see him start to understand and arrive that split second sooner now in his 3rd year. We certainly have other players that will continue to create splash plays, but "The Hammer" growing into his full potential is how our defense becomes elite.

Jack Campbell is quite simply an All-pro in 2025.
Thanks coach. In my opinion Campbell has been orchestrating a symphony of destruction wearing that green dot and has been playing extremely disciplined football in terms of setting the edge and dropping back while keeping eyes locked in on QBs and Tight ends. He is constantly in the best possible position to break in and make a play on the ball carrier. This type of performance and leadership doesn’t go unnoticed with his teammates coaches and fans.

What I think is the big difference between Shepperd's defense vs Glenn's defense last year is just the mind set of a former LB running the show instead of former DB… The LB room is definitely more talented and deep than our DB room (especially last year) and when Shepperd is funneling or isolating LBs towards the ball, it has been way more effective… This defense is just going to get stronger and better as the year goes
