The bruins better if possible go after rentenen or marner if possible to play with pastrnak. This guy deserves the world as far as management trying to get this man something help. If you take into account the talent around him is he the best player in the league this year ? Please for the love of god get him someone
Carlo's best game of the season by a mile. I think he realizes he's at risk of a trade and doesn't want to go. Zadorov basically ignoring the play to harass Malkin with 30 seconds left directly led to a goal. Lindholm had a steady game with a few good chances. He just seems slower than I would have expected

Loved the way Lohrei camouflaged Malkin hook!!!!!!!!! Merkulov was more noticeable than Freddie has been lately, give the kid more games. My biggest concern for Marchand is he reinjured the hip or pulled a groin.

A really nice game by Zadorov, too. When he's not running around trying to behead people, he can be really effective.
First two periods were a lot of fun to watch, and then the Bruins Bruin'd in the third period yet again. Marchy's injury is very scary, but I hope he can recover quickly, I am not happy with Potsy playing, there is no way he isn't playing without an injury right now.
Let's talk about goaltending since this played in my head throughout the game. I feel like we are playing Sway way too much. I get why the team isn't putting a large workload on Korpi, but in return, they're overworking Sway to the bone in front of a team that seems to lax on defense when he is in net expecting him to save absolutely everything whilst they seem to play actual defense in frony of Korpisalo at least. He is a serviceable goaltender and has stayed in the league for a reason, he needs to play at least a few more games than he has just so sway can relax a little bit.
Defensively, I am really loving Lohrei's development with him being relied on so heavily with Lil Debbie and Hampus being out. Mitchell seemed to play fine, which with what he showed last year that's more than you can ask for with him.
Really happy with the win even if it makes me worried that Sweeney will do something stupid at the trade deadline. The team needed a win, even more so after the Marchand injury. Game was actually fun to watch for the first 40 minutes which is a nice change of pace. Go B's? GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO B'SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!

P.O. Joseph looked absolutely petrified after injuring Marchand. I wouldn't be surprised if he faked that injury later on so that he wouldn't have to keep dealing with Kastelic.

Merkulov just seems to small, kinda like poitras did last year. Honestly the injuries are forcing the bruins to give people opportunities and Lohrie is getting his on the PP. 4th line trio is undeniably deadly, they just need to score like they use to 😂. We need Lysell to get a shot with Merkulov and Poitras on a line, but there trying for a playoff push not an experiment

I really hope they keep Carlo, he wouldn’t be overly expensive and when he’s at his best he’s one of the best shutdown defensemen in the league. A few years ago I wouldn’t have cared if he got traded, but I’ve really come around on him.
Also, I can’t wait to see what Lohrei looks like in 2-3 years. This might be a hot take but I think he could be a top 5 defenseman in the league. His offensive game is already there so if he can really solidify his defensive abilities, he’s gonna be a force.
