That’s why I trade Harley before robo. We’re hurting for lw right now. Keep robo, and trade Harley for picks and prospects. Especially if Lundqvist and bischel take those steps
This is a prove it couple of years for Steel. I think of his 2 year contract as a chance of saying. “Hey you want more, you want to stay with a team for more than a couple years. Here’s your chance. Prove it”
Wyatt was the main driver of his line as a rookie…Let’s not act as tho he was in a super advantageous position. Look at Jamie Benn’s numbers pre and post Wyatt…Wyatt had Ty Dellandrea on his right wing and Jamie Benn, whose declining performance had been criticized years prior. Wyatt was basically the defacto 2c on a championship contention team in the playoffs. And I say 2C because that’s not only what Seguin referred to him as that year….but the Seguin and Marchment line that year was simply not very good. So let’s not act as tho Wyatt was shielded his rookie year. He had to be a contributing factor (and he was).
