Minnesota was awarded the expansion franchise in 1998 the xcel energy center hadn't even broken ground yet but everything was in place for the build and that shoulder logo was the initial logo we feared that was gonna be the main logo for a while

i wish the Wild bring back this jersey and the dark jersey for there home and away it's so much cleaner then what they are wearing now . if i remember right that light color was said to be some kind of wheat color and to me just changing it to that gold color make the logo detail stand out more .

Yeah they used that patch logo to announce the team name and colors I believe. Bearhead was introduced later. Fury numbers need to stay forever.

These jerseys are great. I'm glad they added this for the 25th anniversary. I wish the Wild would now change their standard home jersey. It is very mid.

I can't stand the plunging neckline. Give me the Adidas collar. The gold striping is really sharp.
