    I keep saying that Philp should be our 4th line center. I wouldn't mind Rico there either but I'd rather him play as winger. McDavid – Draisaitl – Nuge – Philp down the middle would be insane.

    Hutson, I want to see him on the ice more. I am seeing real promise. Savoie on second with Drai for a couple of shifts, rotated with Philip. I want to see Stu and Thomkin as back up in pre season. LFG!

    Oilers with the win! Got to watch the game live at Canada life center. Hudson looked good. And I liked savoies hunger. Howard was great. Go oilers!! There was a few of us there reppin oilers jerseys!!!

    Loved seeing Howard rip his first, that's what we've all been waiting for!! He's just getting better with every game. I was hard on him after the two rookie games, but he's proving me wrong! Perhaps he may yet crack the opening night roster. Philp and Picks also really impressed me tonight while Leppanen did well overcoming a shaky start. Excellent start to the preseason, our future is on full display here! 2 down, 6 more to play! Until tomorrow!!

    Bro, that saucer from Philp to Emberson on the entry for the wide open wrister. What a pass! Philp has some serious playmaking skills, he was a solid center.

    I like Howard and I do believe he’ll get some games this year. With that being said I believe he should spend 1 year in the AHL. I don’t see any time in his career that he’ll be a penalty killer but he can work on his 5 on 5 defensive game and his play along the boards. If he develops these skills it makes it harder for a coach to bury him in the lineup.

    That Leppänen story is pretty insane he was still playing basically beer league few years ago and now he here and he been good so far tbh
