  1. I have a random goalie mask logistics question I’ve been wondering recently. You all have lovely masks, usually a home and away and maybe another (let’s go 3rd jersey mask!). Do you have or need multiples of the same design in case one breaks irreparably or do you just have one of each on hand with a prior season or practice mask as backup?

  2. Joey giving us the inside scoop! Its crazy to me more players or even teams don't do stuff like this. Absolutely love it, Thanks Joey!

Hey bud could you mix in a day of what you eat to stay energized for your training and ice times/games???

  5. New adult goalie and this is exactly what I needed as I hone in on what I want to train to get better. Been experimenting a lot and this added a lot of clarity so thank you.

  6. What is the purpose of lifting after games? I've never heard of hockey players doing that. Wouldn't it not be as effective? Great video.

  7. Some really good workouts and portions, especially cool downs. Thanks; will use these for myself.
