One of the big reasons why triathletes stay stuck with their swimming is because they miss this key opportunity every season to work on their technique — THE OFF-SEASON.
It is very hard to improve your technique and skill in the water while also trying to build fitness and ramp training for your race. That is why off-season is the best time to become a better swimmer. Training volume and intensity is low and you don’t need to worry about doing longer threshold intervals.
If you want to turn your swim from a struggle into a strength. Now is your chance.
Our off-season programming comes with special swim school workouts as well as coach support from our master swim coach John Stevens.
We kick the party off September 29th and are going to be helping our athletes nail their swim projects all of Q4.
