It happened as he was helping BB up after he dropped the pick. It was a freak accident. BB was probably just heated and didn’t even notice he did it.

I really hope the Lions aren’t forced to let Campbell or Laporta go because they can’t afford them. We gotta let Brad work his magic. Hutch, Gibbs, Branch, Laporta, and Campbell are core players on this team and seeing any of them leave would be devastating.

It actually was said that it happened when BB dropped that gimme interception. As BB rolled and crashed to the turf, his foot jetted up to the face of Campbell and clipped him in his mug under the face mask. The video shows it happening if you go back and find it too.
